Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial, with no card needed, so you can run a real job in siteMargin before you pay anything. On top of that:
First payment: 14-day money-back guarantee. If siteMargin isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment on Contractor, Contractor+ or Company and you'll get it in full.
Renewals. You can cancel any time from Plans & Storage in the app. Cancelling stops the next charge and your plan stays open until the end of the month you've paid for. Renewal payments aren't refunded for part of a month, except where the law requires it or we got something wrong.

Email support@sitemargin.net from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are paid by Paddle to the card or payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days.
